We came across Tom while admiring his dam, Meg Ryan. Her udder and teats were impressive enough to consider her son as an added herdsire here. She, (and many of her extended family) have Excellent HES scores; Meg's DHIR history is commendable as well, with high volume test at 5# and 11.6% butterfat. I am quite pleased with Tom's overall conformation as a yearling.  He has plenty of masculinity without losing sound dairy character.  Well-balanced with strong, straight feet and legs and good width between the hocks and height of escutcheon are added attributes.  A very stylish daughter we've retained shows promise already. We can't help but think that Tom will pass some of that on to his future daughters.   Tom joins an established herd in southwest Wisconsin to continue his legacy as a proven herdsire there.  Good luck to Tom and thank you Lois!
